Kyle Schlitt

Kyle Schlitt is currently the Managing Director at Newmark, having previously held the position of Director within the same company from 2022 to 2025. They have extensive experience in the real estate sector, having worked as an Associate Director at Newmark Knight Frank and as a Senior Production Analyst at CBRE, where they focused on loan underwriting and debt and equity finance transactions. Prior to these roles, Kyle gained experience as a Real Estate Analyst at Grandbridge Real Estate Capital and completed an internship at USAA. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Central Florida in 2007.
