Lance Benson

Lance Benson, MCR/SLCR, LEED AP, serves as the Executive Managing Director at Newmark since August 2007, where the firm provides comprehensive commercial real estate advisory services to multinational corporations and institutional investors worldwide. Additionally, since February 2013, Lance has been an active Leadership Board Member for Miami Children's Young Ambassadors. Prior experience includes the role of Associate Director at Cushman & Wakefield from June 2001 to July 2007 and Business Development Manager at Johnson Controls from June 1997 to June 2001. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Business Administration from Florida International University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University.
