Lisa Benjamin is a Senior Managing Director at Newmark, bringing extensive experience in investment sales, particularly in residential mixed-use and multifamily development transactions. Since September 2000, Lisa has served as a tenant representation advisor for corporate, non-profit, and public sector clients, along with providing government services in leasing, advisory, and dispositions. Prior to Newmark, Lisa held the position of Vice President of Acquisitions at Rocky Gorge Communities from January 1991 to April 1999, where responsibilities included leading land acquisition and marketing efforts for a large private homebuilder and acquiring prime parcels for a portfolio of over 2,500 lots. Lisa holds an MBA in Marketing and Real Estate from The Wharton School (1983-1985) and a BA in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania (1977-1981).
