Liz Berthelette

Liz Berthelette is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate research and analysis. Currently serving as the Research Director at Newmark since July 2019, Liz also leads the Northeast and National Life Science Research initiatives. Additionally, Liz holds a position as a Zoning Board Member for the Town of Bellingham since April 2023, previously contributing as a Planning Board Member from January 2020 to May 2022. Prior roles include Director of Research at Hunneman and several positions at Colliers International in Boston, including Assistant Director of Market Strategy & Research and Assistant Vice President of Research. Liz began the professional journey as a Real Estate Economist at Property & Portfolio Research and as a Performance Analyst at Putnam Investments. Liz earned a B.A. in Economics, Global Studies, and Geography from Assumption University between 2001 and 2005.
