Mark Capasso joined Newmark Valuation & Advisory in 2021 as an Executive Vice President and is a key member of the Hospitality, Gaming & Leisure Group based in El Segundo, California. They bring over 30 years of experience in providing appraisal and consulting services for hotels and casinos. Prior to Newmark, Mark worked at HVS from 1994 to 2003, focusing on casino valuations and market studies, and served as Executive Director at Cushman & Wakefield from 2003 to 2020, specializing in casino, hotel, and motel valuations. Mark is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration with an emphasis on Finance and Real Estate from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and studying European Economic Community Studies at Scuola Administratione di Aziendale in Turin, Italy.
