Mark Kegans, SIOR, is the Executive Managing Director at Newmark, specializing in industrial real estate logistics. Having begun their commercial real estate career in 1984, Mark served as a Senior Vice President at Grubb & Ellis from 1995 to 2012 and held the position of Senior Associate at AIP Commercial Brokerage prior to that. A graduate of California Polytechnic State University-Pomona, Mark competed as an NCAA All-American in collegiate athletics during 1976 and 1977. Mark is a third-generation native of Southern California and is the parent of two college students, currently residing in Orange County.
