Martin Perry, CCIM, has extensive experience in commercial real estate and banking. Perry currently serves as Senior Managing Director at Newmark, a position held since March 2013, after a tenure as Managing Director at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank. Prior to this role, Perry was Vice President of Sales and Leasing at Aegis Realty Partners from 2006 to 2013, and worked at Citizens Bank as a Business Banking Officer and Business Development Officer from 2002 to 2006. Perry's educational background includes a degree in Marketing and Business Management from Fairmont State University and advanced training with the Realtors Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh from 2012 to 2013.
