Matt Mitchell, MAI is a Senior Vice President in Valuation & Advisory at Newmark, where they leverage over 20 years of real estate appraisal and consulting experience in the Mid-Atlantic region. Previously, they served as a Managing Director in the Real Estate Advisory Group at Kroll and held various roles at CBRE, including Senior Vice President and Director of Mid-Atlantic Valuation and Advisory Services. Matt's valuation expertise encompasses a diverse range of asset classes, and they have a strong background in litigation support as a qualified expert witness in multiple courts. Before their real estate career, Matt served in the United States Navy. They earned a BS in Finance from Virginia Tech.
