Matt Pullen

Matt Pullen is a seasoned professional in the real estate industry, currently serving as Vice Chairman and Executive Managing Director at Newmark since September 2015. Pullen is also a Board member at Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital since February 2025. Previously, Pullen held the position of Executive Director at Cushman & Wakefield from April 2012 to September 2015 and served as Senior Vice President of Capital Markets at CB Richard Ellis from 2004 to April 2012. In earlier roles, Pullen was the Director of Research for CB Richard Ellis/New England, overseeing a team of analysts and managing extensive property statistics across the region. Pullen holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Richmond's Robins School of Business and is an alumnus of Phillips Exeter Academy.
