Meaghan Philbin

Meaghan Philbin is currently serving as an Associate Director in the Capital Markets team at Newmark since February 2023. Prior to this role, Meaghan Philbin held various positions at Cushman & Wakefield, including Associate in Institutional Capital Markets and Analyst, from September 2019 to February 2023. Earlier experience includes working as a Licensed Real Estate Agent at Preview Properties Realty Group, where responsibilities involved managing documents for rentals catering to Boston College students. Additionally, Meaghan Philbin contributed to the Boston College Carroll School of Management as a Peer Advisor and Teaching Assistant, assisting students with academic and career development. Meaghan Philbin also gained analytical experience as a Summer Investment Analyst at J.P. Morgan Asset Management. Meaghan Philbin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Boston College, completed in 2019, and previously attended Providence College from 2015 to 2016.
