Michael Catanzaro is an experienced Building Manager and Chief Engineer with over two decades in the property management sector. Currently serving as Building Manager Chief Engineer at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank since June 2014, Michael has previously held similar roles at RXR Realty and Newmark Knight Frank, overseeing significant properties such as the 700,000 square foot office and retail space at 620 Avenue of the Americas. Additionally, prior experience includes management at REEF Management. Michael is well-versed in optimizing building operations and has a strong background in facility management.
