Michael Grausz

Michael Grausz is a Senior Managing Director at Newmark, specializing in Debt and Structured Finance. They help real estate professionals secure debt or equity for refinancing, construction, or acquisition of commercial properties valued at $5 million and above. Michael has previously held positions as Managing Director at Regency Capital Partners and Director at Cohen Financial, where they managed deal flow and developed extensive capital market relationships. They hold an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of San Francisco and a BA in History from Tufts University. Michael is an active member of NAIOP, BAMA, and the Self-Storage Association.
