Michael Hall

Michael Hall, MBA, currently serves as Managing Director of ESG/EHS at Newmark, where responsibilities include membership on the Executive ESG Committee and overseeing corporate sustainability reporting. Prior to Newmark, Michael was Assistant Vice President of Operations at Genpact, where operational processes were developed to ensure business continuity during the Covid Pandemic. At Bridgewater Associates, Michael held various leadership positions, including Head of Environmental Health and Safety/Sustainability, where the initial sustainability roadmap was developed, significant waste reduction initiatives were implemented, and community outreach programs were established. Michael holds an MBA in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management and a Bachelor's of Science in Management/Marketing from Northeastern University.
