Michelle Swallow

Michelle Swallow is a seasoned professional in commercial real estate, currently serving as Senior Vice President at Newmark since September 2017. Prior to this role, Michelle worked as an MAI Commercial Real Estate Appraiser at Cushman & Wakefield from May 2016 to September 2017 and at CBRE for a brief period in early 2016. Michelle's extensive experience in the appraisal field spans over a decade at Cushman & Wakefield, where the position was held from 2005 to 2016. Earlier in Michelle's career, experience included serving as a Market Maker at Interactive Brokers and working as a Research Associate at both UC Berkeley and Brigham and Women's Hospital. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Rivier University, obtained from 1990 to 1994, and attendance at Mt. Pleasant High School from 1986 to 1990.
