Nevardo Arguello

Nevardo Arguello, MCR, serves as the Head of Global Transaction Management and Executive Managing Director, Head of Latin America, GCS at Newmark since December 2018, where responsibilities include establishing and scaling the Corporate Services Platform throughout Latin America, overseeing diverse service lines such as Facility Management and Strategic Consulting. Prior to Newmark, Nevardo held various leadership positions at CBRE from March 2008 to November 2018, including Division President for Latin America and COO. Previous experience also includes being President/Owner of Gold Standard Mortgage and Corporate VP at UBS. Nevardo earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Psychology from UCLA between 1995 and 1999.
