Patty Evans

Patty Evans is an experienced facility and human resources manager with a career spanning several decades. Currently, as a Facility Manager at Newmark since January 2019, Patty leads facility operations across multiple Massachusetts and Connecticut offices. Prior to this role, Patty spent over a decade at Elsevier Inc. as Office Services Lead, overseeing daily functions in the Cambridge and Waltham offices. Patty's experience also includes significant positions at Tellabs, Inc. and Steinbrecher Corporation, where responsibilities evolved from administrative support to human resources management. Patty holds an Associate Degree in Business Administration and Management from Burdett School, completed in 1981.
