Paul Talbot is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in real estate financing. Since January 2000, Paul has served as Senior Managing Director at Newmark, where the focus has been on arranging financings for major real estate projects. Prior to this role, Paul was President at First Capital Corp from September 1988 to December 2000 and held the position of Vice President at Comras Company from March 1975 to August 1988. Paul earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Acadia University, having studied there from 1969 to 1974, and completed high school at Archbishop Molloy High School, graduating in 1969.
