Peter Mavredakis

Peter Mavredakis is an experienced finance professional currently serving as a Director at Newmark since February 2024. Prior to this role, Peter held various positions at Eastdil Secured from July 2018 to March 2024, including Vice President, Associate, and Analyst, alongside a brief tenure as a Summer Analyst. Peter's earlier experience includes internships in corporate finance at Houlihan Lokey and as a Private Equity Intern at Arbela Partners, where Peter developed skills in M&A processes, due diligence, and market research. Additional internships at Weststar Property Management and Agron, Inc. provided exposure to accounting, property management, and marketing strategies. Peter earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the SMU Cox School of Business, completing studies from 2015 to 2018, following a high school education at Chadwick School.
