Philip Maffei

Philip Maffei is the Vice President of Newmark Valuation and Advisory, having joined the firm in 2017 as an appraiser following the acquisition of affiliate offices from Integra Realty Resources. They specialize in appraisals, portfolio valuations, and market feasibility studies, providing clients with acquisition/disposition counseling and litigation support for real estate transactions. Maffei holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Legal Studies from Temple University's Fox School of Business and Management, where they graduated Magna Cum Laude, along with an Associate's degree in International Business from Montgomery County Community College and studies in International Business, Trade, and Tax Law from Temple University Japan. Prior to their current role, they worked as an analyst at Integra Realty Resources from 2015 to 2017, preparing valuation and market studies across various property types.
