Randee Stratton

Randee Stratton is the Managing Director at Newmark, where they specialize in Retail and Restaurant Tenant Representation throughout California. With over 25 years of experience, Randee has completed more than 100 transactions for Phenix Salon Suites and has worked with a diverse range of restaurants and retailers, from corporate to boutique. Randee has held positions at Cassidy Turley San Diego and currently chairs the ICSC Western Conference in 2023. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from San Diego State University.
