Richard Blashka

Richard Blashka is currently a Senior Counsel at Newmark and serves as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Baruch College, where they teach a course on Introduction to Real Estate Law. They previously held the position of Senior Corporate Counsel at Colliers International and worked as Counsel at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, where they managed litigation matters and developed key agreements for corporate expansion. Richard began their legal career as a Law Clerk at Cohen Estis & Associates LLP and gained valuable experience as a Congressional Intern for Congressman Maurice D. Hinchey.
