Richard Holden

Richard Holden serves as President of Property Management, leading the Property Management platform with an increased focus on speed, efficiency and capability in an extremely competitive market. In this capacity, Holden is directly responsible for the oversight of Newmark’s management services, ensuring the superior and consistent delivery of services across all markets.

Richard joined Newmark in late 2019, originally as a co-head of property management with oversight of services in Arizona, California, Colorado, Minnesota, Nevada, Oregon, Utah and Washington. Prior, Holden spent more than five and a half years with Davis Partners in San Mateo, as executive vice president, where he was responsible for managing daily operations throughout California and Washington. Richard was also instrumental to the growth of the firm’s property management team and portfolio.

Prior to Davis Partners, Richard was a partner at Woodmont Real Estate Services for seven years. Earlier in his career, he worked at Grubb & Ellis, now a part of Newmark. Richard began his commercial real estate career at RREEF.
