Rick Stumm

Rick Stumm is currently a Senior Managing Director in Capital Markets at Newmark, a position they have held since 2016. Prior to this role, Rick served as Vice President of Acquisitions at McCarthy Cook & Co. and held various positions at Oaktree Capital Management and Eastdil Secured, focusing on real estate opportunities and investment sales. Rick also worked as Director of Acquisition & Development at Irvine Company from 2013 to 2015. They earned a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate Finance & Development from the University of Southern California in 2004.
