Robert Vodinelic

Rob Vodinelic, MAI, MRICS, currently serves as the Regional Managing Director for Newmark Valuation & Advisory in the Midwest/Northeast regions and as the National Specialty Practice Leader for Industrial & Logistics. In this capacity, Vodinelic is responsible for strategic planning, business development, and overseeing multiple offices, while also leading a team that delivers top-tier valuation services for the industrial/logistics sector. With extensive experience in valuation and advisory roles dating back to 1998, Vodinelic has previously held leadership positions at Cushman & Wakefield and Newmark Knight Frank. Vodinelic earned a Bachelor’s degree from Hofstra University and a Master’s degree from New York University and is actively involved in the Appraisal Institute.
