Samantha Chu possesses over a decade of experience in property management and accounting, serving in various capacities across multiple organizations. Initial roles include Assistant Property Manager/Bookkeeper at Division Property Management, responsible for financial oversight and maintaining property accounts, followed by a position as Staff Accountant at William Gottlieb Management Co., LLC, where Samantha managed significant project budgets and oversaw financial audits. Subsequent roles include Staff Accountant at EXR, providing comprehensive financial management, and Licensed Real Estate Agent at Citified Realty Group.
