Sara Payne

Sara Payne, MAI, currently serves as Senior Managing Director and Co Market Leader for Texas and Louisiana in Valuation & Advisory at Newmark since October 2017. Prior to this role, Sara held positions as Senior Vice President at JLL and Vice President at Duff & Phelps. Experience includes extensive commercial real estate appraisals for various asset types, including multifamily, retail, industrial, office, and land. Sara began the career as an Analyst at AWS and has also worked as Real Estate Manager at EY and in various roles at Integra Realty Resources. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from The University of Texas at Austin and the Texas McCombs School of Business.
