Scott Allen

Scott Allen, MAI, is an Executive Vice President at Newmark Knight Frank since March 2019, with extensive experience in commercial real estate and advisory services. Prior to this role, Scott served as Principal and Partner at Gar Associates from June 1986 to March 2019, where responsibilities included preparing valuation and market analyses for various property types such as residential housing, low income housing projects, apartments, student accommodations, historic preservation initiatives, senior housing, commercial properties, and vacant land. Scott holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Materials and Logistics Management from Michigan State University, earned between 1982 and 1986.
