Scott Hobbs

Scott Hobbs is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in leadership and management within the real estate and defense sectors. As a Navy SEAL Officer at SEAL Team ONE from December 1997 to June 2005, Scott developed critical skills in teamwork and strategic operations. Transitioning to the private sector, Scott held various executive roles, including Director at GVA Cawley and Senior Vice President at CBRE, before serving as Executive Director at Cushman Wakefield from July 2018 to April 2021. Currently, Scott serves as Executive Managing Director at Newmark and is a member of the Board of Directors at Crown Electrokinetics, which is publicly traded on Nasdaq. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University, obtained in 1997, and graduated from Grapevine High School in 1991.
