Steve Pejza, MAI, is an experienced commercial real estate appraiser with a specialization in multifamily housing. They began their career at Cushman & Wakefield as an Appraiser before moving to Duff & Phelps, LLC, where they served as Vice President and Manager in real estate valuation. Steve has also held positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers as an Associate and is currently a First Vice President at Newmark. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science from Indiana University Bloomington and a Master’s in Urban Planning from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
