Steven Boice

Steven Boice is an experienced professional in real estate and land development, currently serving as the Director of Land Brokerage and Development at Newmark since December 2021. Prior experience includes serving as a Corpsman with the US Navy from November 2014 to October 2020 and working as a Portfolio Manager for Single Family Rentals at Tech Terrace Real Estate, L.C. from September 2009 to December 2013. Steven Boice holds a Master's degree in Real Estate with a focus on Land Development from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Tech University.
