Steven Golubchik

Steven Golubchik is the Executive Vice Chairman & President, Western Region Capital Markets at Newmark. Prior to joining Newmark, they were a senior managing director at hff from January 2011 to May 2016. Steven also served as vice president at grubb & ellis from April 2008 to January 2011 and as an analyst at kaiser permanente from August 2004 to December 2004. From January 2004 to January 2008, they were an associate at jll. Their career began as a junior analyst at morgan stanley from January 2003 to February 2004.
