Steven Milliken

Steven Milliken currently serves as a Managing Director at Newmark since July 2022 and as an Adjunct Faculty Instructor in Construction Management at Thomas Jefferson University since June 2022. Prior to these roles, Steven held the position of Vice President and Partner at Robert Sean Construction, LLC from December 1999 to July 2022, and at LAKASH Constructors Inc. from November 1994 to July 2022. With extensive experience in business development, Steven has been a key member of the executive team that contributed to the growth of LAKASH Constructors Inc., one of the largest commercial construction companies in the Philadelphia area. Steven holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Spring Garden College, earned between 1987 and 1991.
