Susan Everts

Susan Everts is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in facilities management and information operations. Currently serving as a Senior Managing Director in Information Management Operations at Newmark since October 2018, Susan previously held the position of Senior Account Manager following the acquisition of Computerized Facility Integration, LLC by Newmark in May 2015. Prior to this role, Susan was a Senior Project Manager at Computerized Facility Integration from November 2009 to October 2018, and a Senior Manager in Facilities & Systems at McDonald's from December 1998 to September 2009, where significant contributions included implementing the Facility Center (Tririga) and developing sustainability policies for LEED certification. Earlier in the career, Susan was a Manager of the F&S Service Request Center at McDonald's, overseeing a team of over 20, and gained foundational experience as a System Administrator at Hyatt Hotels Corporation from 1994 to 1998. Susan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Elmhurst University, obtained in 1994.
