Thomas has over 20 years of real estate capital markets experience, with equity transactions exceeding $15 billion in value. Prior to Newmark, they held leadership positions at Rockwood Real Estate Advisors and began their career as an analyst at Morgan Stanley. Thomas earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Villanova University.
