Tim McKay

Tim McKay is the Vice Chairman at Newmark Multifamily, bringing over 20 years of experience in commercial lending and brokerage. They have financed and sold nearly $1.5 billion in assets across multiple states, working with high-profile clients such as Freddie Mac and Wells Fargo. Tim graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science degree and received multiple awards, including the NAIOP Multifamily Sale of the Year for three consecutive years. Prior to their current role, Tim served as a Senior Investment Advisor at Hendricks & Partners.
