Tim O'Brien

Tim O'Brien is an experienced professional in the field of debt and structured finance, currently serving as the Director at Newmark since January 2021, following roles as Vice President and Assistant Vice President in the same department. Prior to Newmark, Tim O'Brien amassed significant experience at Arbor Realty Trust from April 2014 to January 2021, where positions included Underwriter, Associate Underwriter, and Underwriting Analyst, as well as Originations Associate. Tim O'Brien's early career included a summer rotational program at Imperial Capital, LLC in 2012, focusing on institutional sales, trading, and research. Tim O'Brien holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Trinity College-Hartford, awarded in 2013, and has an educational background that includes attendance at Kent School and Brunswick School.
