Tim Ryan

Tim Ryan, MAI, currently serves as a Senior Vice President at Newmark since January 2018, previously holding the title of First Vice President. Prior to this role, Tim Ryan worked as an Appraiser at Metropolitan Valuation Services from November 2011 to January 2018, specializing in the appraisal of residential and retail properties across New Jersey and New York, and is a licensed Certified General Commercial Real Estate Appraiser in both states. Tim Ryan's earlier career includes experience as a Sports Producer at ABC Radio from April 2007 to August 2011, where responsibilities included conducting interviews and editing sound bites for broadcasts across the United States and Canada, as well as a role as a Producer, Reporter, and Board Operator for Clear Channel Radio from August 2006 to March 2007, focusing on local high school football coverage. Tim Ryan earned a Bachelor of Science in Broadcast Journalism and History from Syracuse University between 2002 and 2006.
