Tom McDonough

Tom McDonough is currently the Vice President of Valuation & Advisory at Newmark, a position held since 2021. Prior to this, Tom served as a Senior Analyst at Newmark from 2018 to 2021 and worked as an Associate Appraiser at Mid-Atlantic Valuation Group, Inc. from 2016 to 2018. Tom's earlier experience includes serving as an Accounts Specialist at Drexel University between 2013 and 2016. Tom earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish Language and Literature from Penn State University, as well as a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Drexel University. Tom also completed a Certificate of Completion in Language & Area Studies from Universidad Complutense de Madrid in 2010.
