Tom also chairs the board of Raphael House, which supports at-risk families in achieving stable housing and financial independence. Additionally, they co-direct a youth basketball program and co-founded the Jerry Mac Fund to promote cross-cultural understanding through youth engagement. Tom earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and resides in Marin County with their spouse and three children.
