Turner Schmidt

Turner Schmidt has extensive experience in debt and structured finance, particularly within the multifamily capital markets sector. From March 2022 to July 2024, Turner held various roles at Newmark, advancing from Senior Analyst to Assistant Vice President. Following this, Turner served as an Associate in Acquisitions at PRP LLC from July 2024 to April 2025. Prior internship positions included stints at New York Life Real Estate Investors and Hunt Real Estate Capital in 2018 and 2019. Turner earned a Bachelor's degree in Management and Society with a minor in Entrepreneurship from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Master's degree in Real Estate with a concentration in Finance from Georgetown University.
