Vit Dostalik

Vit Dostalik is a seasoned professional leading Newmark’s Advisory practice across the Middle East, specializing in real estate development strategy, feasibility, and investment advisory in the GCC markets since 2025. Prior to this role, Vit served in various capacities, including as Director at Deloitte, where they led real estate development advisory in Saudi Arabia, and as a manager in PwC’s Real Estate Advisory team. Vit's earlier experience includes roles in corporate internal audit at Deutsche Post DHL and financial services audit at KPMG. Vit is currently pursuing a Master's degree at the University of Economics in Prague while also studying at Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México.
