Wayne Harer

Wayne Harer, CCIM, SIOR, is the Executive Managing Director at Newmark Knight Frank in Columbus, Ohio, specializing in the leasing and sale of local office properties. With a corporate real estate career spanning 35 years, Wayne has represented tenants and landlords in over 30 million square feet of office space and completed more than 1,500 lease and sale transactions totaling over 35 million square feet. Prior to Newmark Knight Frank, Wayne served as the Executive Vice President at Continental Realty and as Vice President of Office Properties at CBRE, consistently receiving top production awards throughout their career.
