Zach Riebe

Zach Riebe is a seasoned professional in the real estate industry, currently serving as Managing Director at Newmark since February 2023. Prior to this role, Zach held the position of Director and Associate at JLL from September 2018 to February 2023. With experience as a Senior Consultant at Altus Group from June 2013 to September 2018, Zach played a crucial role in managing the valuation process for institutional asset managers and life insurance companies, focusing on valuation reviews, capital market research, and cash flow analysis. Earlier in Zach's career, work as a Land Man for Independent Petroleum Land Man from May 2011 to May 2013 involved analyzing mineral titles and creating ownership runsheets. Zach holds a Master's of Real Estate from Texas A&M University (2012-2013) and a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Economics from the same institution (2007-2011).
