Dwayne Shoop possesses extensive experience in building engineering and facility management, currently serving as Chief Building Engineer at Newmark since May 2017, overseeing operations for a newly constructed 220,000 sqft Class A office building in the Denver Tech Center. Prior to this role, Dwayne was Chief Portfolio Engineer at Tolin Mechanical from June 2014 to June 2017, managing a team to support three national office facilities for Catholic Health Initiatives. Dwayne also held the position of Lead Engineer at Lexington-MKP for a 165,000 sqft project and at Means Knaus Partners, where day-to-day operations of HVAC and mechanical systems were managed for 178,000 sqft of commercial space.
