Will O'Neill

Will O'Neill is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as a Litigation Partner at Newmeyer Dillion since March 2025 and as Chairman of the Republican Party of Orange County since January 2025, where initiatives focus on growth, winning, and serving the community. O'Neill has garnered extensive experience as a Partner at Ross, Wolcott, Teinert & Prout LLP from February 2015 to March 2025 and served as Mayor of Newport Beach from December 2016 to December 2024. Additionally, O'Neill chaired the Transportation Corridor Agencies board from January 2019 to December 2023. Early in the career, O'Neill held various associate positions, including commercial and general litigation roles, and undertook a student externship at the California Supreme Court. O'Neill holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Stanford University and a Juris Doctor from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco.
