Anant Pai

Anant Pai holds a B.A in Communications, Culture, Information Technology from the University of Toronto and a Diploma in Communications, Media, and Technology from Sheridan College. Anant has a wealth of experience in various customer service and management roles, including positions at New/Mode, Grizzly Coast Media, Lions Bay Media Inc., TasteAway, and Direct Response Media Group Inc. Anant's expertise lies in building and scaling customer service programs, improving agent quality, and implementing process improvements. Currently, Anant serves as the Director of Community Experience at New/Mode, a values-based advocacy and civic engagement platform.
