Anant Pai

Anant Pai is the Director of Community Experience at New/Mode. Anant was previously the Manager of Customer Service at Grizzly Coast Media from January 2016 to September 2019.

At Grizzly Coast Media, Anant was responsible for building and scaling outsourced customer service for ecommerce campaigns with over two million dollars of monthly revenue and an average of five thousand weekly inbound contacts. Anant reported directly to the CEO and took full responsibility for all customer service metrics and benchmarks.

Anant's achievements include reducing customer churn by an average of 15% in all campaigns, lowering department operating costs by over 20% with rate negotiations and efficient workforce management, and lowering customer complaints, fraud issues, fulfillment issues, and chargeback rates by proactively uncovering issues and creating dynamic strategies to mitigate or resolve them.

Anant Pai completed a Bachelor of Arts at the University of Toronto in Communications, Culture, and Information Technology. Anant then went on to complete a Diploma in Communications, Media, and Technology at Sheridan College.

Their manager is Steve Anderson, CEO & Co-Founder. They work with Shamus Reid - COO & Co-Founder, Andrew Lindsay - VP, Engineering, and Marinela Roque - VP, Product.
