Deepak Kumar

Deepak Kumar has over eight years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Operations Management. Deepak began their career in 2012 as an Operations Management Trainee at Omega Healthcare Management Services. In 2013, they joined IonIdea as an IT Technical Recruiter. Deepak then moved to Imetris Corporation in 2014 as a Lead Recruiter and was promoted to Talent Acquisition Manager in the same year. Deepak'sroles included achieving business and operational targets for assigned portfolio of clients, managing delivery teams to ensure delivery of staffing requirements, and handling talent management challenges during pandemics. In 2021, they joined NewPage Solutions as a Talent Acquisition Manager.

Deepak Kumar holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the International School of Management Excellence, with a focus in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General.
