Rama Devi has been working in the Human Resources field since 2015. Rama began as an HR Executive at Talentwave Consulting LLP and held that role until 2018 when they moved to ASAP Solutions Group, LLC as an HR Executive - Talent Acquisition. In 2019, they joined PHOENIX HUMAN CAPITAL PVT LTD. as a Sr HR Recruiter and is currently employed as a Recruitment Executive at NewPage Solutions.

Rama Devi has an MBA in HR & Finance from JNTUH College of Engineering Hyderabad, as well as a B.Tech from the same institution. Rama has also obtained certifications from LinkedIn and hirist.com, including "Developing a Service Mindset" and "Learning LinkedIn Recruiter" in December 2022, and "tech recruitment" from hirist.com.
