Lee Dillman

Lee Dillman is a seasoned professional in the drilling fluids industry with extensive experience in business development and technical management. Currently serving as Manager of Business Development at Newpark since December 2017, Lee has held significant positions at various companies, including Regional Technical Manager at Anchor Drilling Fluids USA and Sales Manager at Baker Hughes Drilling Fluids. Lee's career spans several roles at Baker Hughes Inteq and Milpark Drilling Fluids, where expertise in technical support and management was developed. Lee holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Oklahoma City University and has continued education at the University of Oklahoma since 1977.
