John McQuade has over 20 years of experience in software development and architecture. John began their career at C. P. Osgood, M.D., Inc. as a Software Developer from 1991 to 1997. John then worked at Delta Health Technologies as a Software Engineer in 1997 and later joined Digital Solutions, Inc. as a Senior Software Engineer from 1998 to 2010. At Digital Solutions, they designed and developed various inmate telephone systems and back-office systems.
In 2010, John joined Global Tel*Link as a Senior Software Engineer, where they managed the software development group and implemented wireless devices on existing inmate telephone platforms.
Since 2013, John has been working at New Pig, first as an Enterprise Software Architect from 2013 to 2016, where they acted as the technical architect for a major implementation of SAP/Hybris. Currently, they serve as the Director of Software Development, leading a diverse team of 26 individuals and overseeing the maintenance and development of various software applications, including SAP/Hybris, Infor SX.e, BI, and custom applications. John is also responsible for solutions architecture and upgrades for SAP/Hybris features and functionality.
John McQuade attended Penn State University from 2004 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Entrepreneurship.
